u1.net uses your IP address to analyze trends, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use and help diagnose problems with our servers, and to administer our websites. u1.net also gathers information about you through our optional Secure Job Application, our Contact Forms and Request For Information Forms. u1.net asks you to provide information such as your name, address, telephone, fax and email address. The online job application asks additional questions about you: Your social security number, drivers license number, citizenship, work history, current employer, salary, references, military history, and a voluntary section on Affirmative action. You are under no obligation to answer these questions. Also u1.net uses information about you to contact you regarding sales questions or to send literature upon your request. By filling-out a services information request forms, you agree to be contacted by a sales representative via telephone, email, or mail. There is no portion of this web site that is directed at children under the age of 13.

Referral Program

u1.net employs the use of a referral program. Our Refer-A-Friend feature allows individuals to refer job listings to a friend or relative who might be interested in such a job opportunity. If a visitor elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, we ask them for the candidate's name and email address. u1.netwill send the candidate a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. u1.netstores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site.
