Knowledge and experience of RAID systems necessary. Knowledge of integrating high end Enterprise level servers required. Requirements for this position are a BS/BA in Computer Science or relevant technical field and at least five years experience working in either a Windows, Unix or Linux environment.

Experience with complex TCP/IP networks required as well as configuring and maintaining of routers required. Cisco and/or firewall certification a plus. Ideal candidate should be an accomplished individual with expertise in database design, programming, data architecting, and SQL tuning in a production environment. Must be able to support databases in a 24 hour environment. Experience with large databases (more than 100GBdata/more than 1000 users) preferred. Must be familiar with backup and restore of databases/database cloning as well as disaster recovery scenarios. May also mentor less experienced developers and analysts. Typical backround includes a BS/BA in Computer Science or a related field. A minimum of five years experience working with relational database technology (Oracle, Sybase and/or SQL) as well as working on a development team and with clients required.
